岗位职责：
1、协助制定本公司年度，完成月度销售目标；
2、制定业务开发方案并实施；
3、完成月度新开发渠道及用户数量；
4、完成团队客户信息录入系统数量；
5、团队建设及管理；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，六年以上外贸工作经验，其中三年以上外贸团队管理经验；
2、具备一定的开发客户的能力，熟悉国际贸易业务中各个环节的操作流程；
3、具备一定的市场分析能力，能适应偶尔国内外出差；
4、抗压性较强，性格乐观，沟通能力佳；
5、在木塑地板等产品领域有一定的资源者优先。

木塑板材事业部隶属于元拓集团青岛子公司，主营室外木塑地板、墙板、栅栏以及景观家具产品。立足于山东生产基地，拥有24条生产线、年产能5万平方米、平均供货周期为10天。主营产品木塑板材通过了FSC,SGS,CE认证，核心竞争力为绿色环保、优质优价优服务。
我部门核心产品为共挤地板和印花墙板。产品规格齐全、表面处理多样化、可来样定制。欢迎各界其谈合作。
Wood Plastic Composite Decking Division is affiliated to the Qingdao subsidiary of ADTO Group, specializing in outdoor flooring, wall cladding, fences and landscape furniture products. Based on Shandong production center and equipped with 24 production lines with annual production capacity of 50,000 ton and average production time 10 days, our products are certified with FSC, SGS, CE approval, and core competitiveness are eco-friendly and skin-friendly, high quality and good price.
The core products of our department are co-extruded WPC series and 3D embossed wallboard series with different specification and treatment.
